Tripura is a state in the north eastern part of India, next to Bangladesh. It is situated in one of the poorest parts of Asia.

The gospel is reaching the Reang people group of hill tribes and they are come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in large numbers.  Rev John Reang, the mission leader in Tripura, has had great success the reaching the rural villagers with the gospel of Christ.

The Mission has developed about 115 volunteer evangelists and church workers They visit non Christians, conduct home bible studies,  and set up home churches.

The Budget for the TRIPURA Native Missionaries is proposed at US$ 30.00 per month for each Missionary. US $ 40.00 per month for Revd.John Reang ( apart from US $ 25.00 per month as administrative cost for Revd.John Reang ). 

The Immediate and pressing need is for 9 Missionaries and for Revd.John Reang,          i.e.,  US $ 335.00 a month.
